residential neighborhood, yet still provides plenty of privacy. It also has
access to the Androscoggin River and gorgeous views of Mount Will. It is located
only minutes from Sunday River, Mt. Abram, and beautiful Historic Bethel
Village.
This 3,000 square foot house has a master bedroom, 4 additional
bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, eat in kitchen, cathedral ceiling living room, and
walkout level recreation room. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped
and you will easily be able to feed a large family.
In the winter enjoy
excellent skiing and snow boarding at Sunday River and family friendly Mt. Abram
or X-Country skiing at the famous Carter X-Country Ski Area, snowmobiling on
miles of area trails, ice-skating, and snow shoeing. End your day sitting by a
roaring fire in the living room.
In the summer find yourself kayaking,
canoeing, boating, golfing, hiking, biking, lounging around the house, or
sitting on the deck and enjoying the get away from it all peace and quiet.
Whether you are out on the huge deck, watching TV in the living room,
sitting around the kitchen table eating and talking, playing games in the rec.
